The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

AUGUST 14
♦ Shane Alan Josey, 20, of no fixed address, charged with four counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, three counts of sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintain a vehicle of dwelling for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Quoterris Tucker, 19, of W. Front Street, Statesville, charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon.

AUGUST 15
♦ Michael Ray Fraley Jr., 37, of Jericho Road, Harmony, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Charles Robert Graham, 40, of Damron Lane, Harmony, charged with manufacture Mdpv, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

AUGUST 18
♦ Reginald Maurice Byrd, 49, of Flagler Lane, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Eric Lee Dishman, 49, of Brandy Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Casey Nicole Hines, 29, of Lakeview Drive, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

AUGUST 19
♦ Kyle Lee Hughes, 23, of Mott Park Drive, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury.

♦ Steven Oliver Lawing, 32, of Byron Drive, Harrisburg, charged with four counts of identity theft.

♦ Joshua Wayne Minton, 23, of Dishman Ridge Lane, Hiddenite, charged with possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled substance, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Cody Martin Stevens, 27, of Charlotte Highway, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

AUGUST 20
♦ Michael John Bertolo, 25, of S. Carolina Avenue, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession of methamphetamine, three misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ John Glover Edwards IV, 38, of Beaver Falls, Pa., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Christopher Gage Handy, 23, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with larceny of a firearm and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Shane Alan Josey, 20, of no fixed address, charged with conspiracy.
