The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

JANUARY 9

♦ Kalif Hassan Carpenter, 22, of Jennifer Lane, Claremont, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Alton Lewis McBride, 22, of Providence Church Road, Randleman, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substances and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a possession III controlled substance.

Timothy Christopher Stewart, 35, of Marsh Road, Statesville, charged with larceny.

Aaron Lashawn Wright, 27, Petty Road, Kingstown, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

JANUARY 10

James Edward Emanuel, 55, of Sunnyview Drive, Chadburn, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

Terrance Terrell Hamlin, 28, of W. Bell Street, Statesville, charged with armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill, possession of a firearm by a felon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JANUARY 11

James Richard Hurt Jr., 37, of Kendra Drive, Mooresville, charged with possess, receive or transfer stolen vehicles.

Timothy Christopher Stewart, 35, of Marsh Road, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

JANUARY 12

Christopher Phillip Black, 47, of no fixed address, Statesville, charged with sex offender/failure to notify sheriff of change of address.

Cynthia Diane Dulin, 61, of Sweetwater Drive, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

Ethan Andrew Grose, 29, of Barry Oak Road, Statesville, charged with third-degree exploitation of a minor.

JANUARY 13

Justin Andrew Davis, 28, of Knotty Pine Lane, Mooresville, charged with probation violation.

William Joseph Feldman, 36, of Kiskadee Drive, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, and five counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

Rick Joseph Leininger, 55, of Faith Drive SW, Concord, charged with embezzlement by virtue of office/employment.

Marquis O’Bryan Peet, 28, of Medlin Street, Statesville, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

JANUARY 14

Eugene Kyermanten Boateng, 27, of Rosemede Drive, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.

Jamario Darden, 27, of Winding Cedar, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering and misdemeanor larceny.

Donnie Gray Hardy Jr., 26, of Dare Road, Advance, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor resist, obstruct or delay an officer.

Mitchell Ryan Herrington, 38, of Old Salisbury Road, Concord, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

Latrelle Davon Jenerette, 25, of Barrington Drive, Charlotte, charged with breaking or entering a vehicle, two counts of probation violation and misdemeanor larceny.

Colin Labronze Kerns, 37, of River Birch Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance, and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.

JANUARY 15

Joann Fesperman Weber, 60, of Wheatland Lane, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

Samantha Marie Ewart, 22, of Railferry Road, Salisbury, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.

Cody Daniel Wells, 18, of Wallace Springs Road, Statesville, charged with five counts of secretly peeping into a room occupied by a female.
