The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

OCTOBER 2
♦ Haley Dawn Bryan, 43, of Hill Dairy Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

Steven Phillip Campbell Jr., 50, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with larceny by employee.

Dysheem Tyrae Hart, 26, of Shenandoah Loop, Troutman, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, two counts of misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, two counts of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, and misdemeanor discharging a firearm within city limits.

David Keith Marlowe, 41, of Cline Street, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule III controlled substance.

Jeremy Dominique Miller, 39, of 17th Avenue NE, Hickory, charged with felony stalking and felony violation of a Domestic Violence Protection Order.

Toby Lamar Teasley, 29, of Grassy Meadow Lane, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.

OCTOBER 3
Thomas John Deady, 27, of Barry Oak Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

OCTOBER 5
Nathan Christian Jr., 46, of Arbor Drive, Loganville, Ga., charged with two counts of traffic in cocaine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Andrea Simmonew Frederick, 34, of Stephens Road, Loganville, Ga., charged with two counts of traffic in cocaine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Roderick Wayne Miller, 34, of Greenland Drive, Statesville, charged with sex offender residence limitation violation.

Harold Alexander Tucker, 45, of Smyrna Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor assault on a female, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Dakota Aaron Ware, 25, of Boger Street, Mooresville, charged with intentional child abuse inflicting serious bodily injury.

OCTOBER 6
Michael Derek Hopkins, 30, of Steep Lane, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

Christopher Allen Pittman, 28, of Timber Lake Court, Salisbury, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor disorderly conduct, two misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

Luke Timothy Sales, 40, of Harris Bridge Road, Stony Point, charged with manufacture Mdpv, possession of methamphetamine, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.

OCTOBER 7
Aaron Ramont Moore, 42, of Walton Way SE, Smyrna, Ga., charged with two counts of traffic in marijuana.

Miguel Angel Sanchez, 21, of Queens Court, Statesville, charged with break or enter a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor larceny.

Michael Ashton White, 18, of Queens Court, Statesville, charged with break or enter a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor larceny.

OCTOBER 8
Michelle Lynn Bise, 33, of Sizemore Avenue, Booneville, charged with identity theft, being a fugitive from justice and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

Kacey Adam Cooper, 26, of Sherwood Lane, Denver, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Justin Christopher Ferrare, 27, of Westen Acres Drive, Kannapolis, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule II controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a stolen firearm, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Damon Lee Garris, 24, of Carol Woods Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

Gary Eugene McKay, 53, of S. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance and possession of a schedule VI controlled substance.
