MPD Felony Arrests: July 14-28

The Mooresville Police Department reported the following arrests:

JULY 14
♦ Monica Susan Vanwert, 27, of E. Lowrance Avenue, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

JULY 16
♦ Stephen Paul Kays, 55, of W. McNeely Avenue, Mooresville, charged with sex activity by custodian and two counts of misdemeanor sexual battery.

JULY 17
♦ Joshua Dewone Wilson, 23, of W. McNeely Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance near a school by a person 21 or older, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use/sale of controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JULY 18
♦ Angelique Maria Maneiro, 42, of Herrin Avenue, Charlotte, charged with felony assault/stalking and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protective order.

JULY 19
♦ David Earl Chadwick Wilson, 41, of W. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

JULY 20
♦ Brenton Terrail McCain, 31, of Lark Glen Drive, Mooresville, charged with larceny after breaking or entering.

JULY 21
♦ Alexander Schang, 21, of N. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Olivia Madison Sipple, 21, of Fieldstone Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Jason Melvin Williams, 35, of Pine Street, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering, and larceny after breaking or entering.

JULY 22
♦ Dennis Bradley York, 36, of N. Bost Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony probation violation, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

JULY 24
♦ Ricky Bernard Sanders Jr., 39, of Spencer Avenue, Mooresville, charged with first-degree burglary, misdemeanor assault on a female, and misdemeanor trespass.

JULY 25
♦ Daryl Tremayne Smith, 49, of Embassy Drive, Fort Mill, S.C., charged with first-degree burglary.

JULY 28
♦ Clinton Joseph Brevig, 37, of Oak Street, Mooresville, charged with felony assault by strangulation, and misdemeanor assault on a female.
