FROM STAFF REPORTS

Scotts Elementary School, an A+ arts integrated school, celebrated the 100th day of the school year earlier this week.

Students arrived at school dressed in T-shirts that they made at home that represented 100 in some creative form. Meanwhile, other students chose to dress up like a 100-year-old.

Many of Wednesday’s activities were tied into math and counting skills practice, such as using a place value chart or counting by 10s to 100.
