The COVID-19 pandemic has changed many aspects of daily life, but it has not impacted Iredell County Sheriff Darren Campbell’s resolve to hold drug dealers criminally responsible for their actions.

On Tuesday the sheriff announced the arrests of 11 individuals charged with drug offenses. Deputies are seeking six additional suspects wanted for drug crimes.

“Because of the current state of COVID-19 virus, we have to conduct business differently,” Campbell said. “We have worked these drug cases thoroughly and instead of having our usual high numbers of arrestees on one or two days, we have made adjustments to go after lower numbers for a longer time.

“By targeting these drug dealers who have actually participated in the sale of narcotics, we have been able to keep the crime rate low and made Iredell County not profitable and unfriendly place for drug dealers,” he added.

Arrested

ICSO Narcotics Investigators issued arrests warrants the following individuals for crimes involving the possession and distribution of controlled substances in Iredell County:

♦ Stephen Edward Keller, 27, of Shanna Lane, Statesville, charged with Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine, Felony Sale/Deliver Methamphetamine. Bond: $50,000.

♦ Brandon Scott Campbell, 35, of Antietam Road, Statesville, charged with three counts of Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine, Felony Sale or Deliver Methamphetamine. Bond: $25,000.

♦ Molly Grace Riddle, 25, of Antietam Road, Statesville, charged with Felony Conspiracy to Sell Methamphetamine. Bond: $2,000.

♦ Brandy Nicole Brown, 36, of East Broad Street, Statesville, charged with Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony Sale or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance. Bond: $15,000.

♦ Ny’Vaezsa Ranyqa Davis, 21, of Randa Drive, Statesville, charged with Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Felony Sale or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance (Cocaine), Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule VI Controlled Substance, and Felony Sale or Deliver Schedule VI Controlled Substance. Bond: $3,500.

♦ Kenneth Basil Stewart, 32, of Wilson Street, Statesville, charged with Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and Felony Sale or Deliver Methamphetamine. Bond: $5,000.

♦ Deanna Michelle Moser, 46, of Oxford School Road, Catawba; Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine, and Felony Sale or Deliver Methamphetamine. Bond: $2,500.

♦ Addison Neville Barber, 20, of Litewood Lane, Mooresville; Felony Sell or Deliver Counterfeit Controlled Substance, Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Counterfeit Controlled Substance. Bond: $5,000.

♦ Brandon Wade Barber, 41, of Wall Street, Statesville; Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Felony Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance. Bond: $10,000.

♦ Kristi Renee Moore, 31, of 131 North Church Street, Mooresville; Two Counts of Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance, Two Counts of Felony Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance, and Two Counts of Felony Conspire to Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance. Bond: $20,000.

♦ Michelle Lynn Frye, 34, of West Sharpe Street, Statesville; Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Felony Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance, Felony Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance. Bond: $10,000.

“These people are drug dealers, and we will remain constant in our efforts to go after drug dealers,” Campbell said. “If you are addicted to drugs, come to us and we will assist you in getting the help you want and need to get off these substances, but selling illegal drugs to support a habit cannot be tolerated.”

The following suspects are wanted by the ICSO:

♦ Christopher Stephen Jackson, 31, of Stockton Street, Statesville, wanted on the following charges: Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine, Felony Sale or Deliver Methamphetamine, Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Heroin, and Felony Sale/Deliver Heroin.

♦ Spring Marie Fassett, 29, of West Front Street, Statesville, wanted on the following charges: Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance, and Felony Sale or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance.

♦ Melissa Iris Dalton, 44, of Fayetteville Avenue, Statesville; wanted on the following charges: Felony Sale or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance, Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule IV Controlled Substance.

♦ Monica Susan Vanwert, 27, of 322 East Lowrance Avenue, Mooresville, wanted on the following charges: Felony Conspire to Sell Schedule III Controlled Substance.

♦ Natasha Julia Blankschen, 33, of Opal Street, Statesville, wanted on the following charges: two counts of Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance, two counts of Felony Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance.

♦ Nia J’Mari Testman, 21, of East Allison Street, Statesville, wanted on the following charges: two counts of Felony Trafficking of Opium or Heroin.
