SEPTEMBER 11
♦ Brian Lowell Dalton, 48, of Harmony charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

SEPTEMBER 13
♦ Samuel Paul Isenhour, 45, of Newton charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner.

SEPTEMBER 14
♦ Amber Nicole Ellis, 30, of Statesville charged with larceny.

SEPTEMBER 15
♦ Ricky Trevor Turner, 34, of Statesville charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.

SEPTEMBER 16
♦ Crystall Dawn Hall Hobbs, 46, of Statesville charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

SEPTEMBER 18
♦ Ricky Trevor Turner, 34, of Statesville charged with discharging a weapon into an occupied dwelling or moving vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 20
♦ Jennifer Lynn Abernethy, 42, of Statesville charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver heroin; and trafficking opium or heroin.

SEPTEMBER 21
♦ Jeffery Daniel Watson, 41, of Statesville charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
