The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

DECEMBER 17
♦ Joseph Daniel Klein, 28, of Capital Avenue, Mooresville, charged with five counts of sell or deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school property.

♦ Heaven Lee Shroyer, 19, of Blueberry Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance with intent to manufacture, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

DECEMBER 18
♦ Kevin James Gambrell, 44, of Beauty Street, Statesville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender and misdemeanor obstruction of justice.

♦ Caleb Joshua Greer, 26, of Wilkins Way, Cleveland, charged with possession of heroin, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdmeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.\

DECEMBER 21
♦ Bradley Andrew Canipe, 30, of Cross Country Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

♦ Kenneth Hugh Gobble, 45, of Deep Water Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Christopher Reece Readling, 33, of Skyview Lake Road, Harmony, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule III controlled substance.

DECEMBER 22
♦ Kenneth Chase Bowden, 23, of Arbor Drive, Statesville, charged with larceny of a firearm.

♦ Justin Matthew Burton, 32, of Rosy Apple Lane, Statesville, charged wtih felony probation violation.

♦ Dewayne Eric Chunn, 58, of Mocksville charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and four misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ William Thomas Farmer, 53, of Wilkesboro Highway, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Cassandra Mae Fesperman, 42, of Damascus Church Road, Statesville, charged with larceny by employee.

♦ Michael Rasheed Morris, 35, of Galliher Road, Harmony, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Brian Christopher Phelps, 38, of Willow Breeze Lane, Huntersville, charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

DECEMBER 23
♦ Destiny True Hubbard, 40, of S. Main Street, Mount Airy, charged with armed robbery.

♦ Winzel Dallas Jacobs, 43, of Bridges Creek Drive, Statesville, charged with two counts of armed robbery and attempted first-degree burglary.

♦ Robert Michael Jenkins, 51, of Rankinhill Road, Troutman, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Gavin Kayleb Teno, 21, of Ken Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

DECEMBER 26
♦ Antonio Joshua Dade, 33, of Rayon Street, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on a female, and misdemeanor communicating threats.

♦ Michael Darrell Garvin, 31, of Simonton Road, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ David Lynn Hornsby, 39, of Reid Street, Sparta, charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Joshua Shwayne Ramseur, 29, of Skyview Lake Road, Harmony, charged with larceny and misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Patricia Marie Sanchez, 28, of Troutman Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

DECEMBER 27
♦ Benjamin Joseph Pratt, 42, of Fesperman Circle, Troutman, charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor probation violation.

♦ Anthony Lamont Redmon, 34, of Eaves Lane, Statesville, charged with conspiracy, first-degree burglary, two counts of misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, and two counts of misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon.

DECEMBER 28
♦ Kissiah Damara Redmon, 21, of Eaves Lane, Statesville, charged with conspiracy and attempted first-degree burglary.

DECEMBER 29
♦ Christopher Grant Eastburn, 30, of Huffman River Lane, Purlear, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

♦ Lahiem Westley Alan Johnson, 35, of Acorn Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

DECEMBER 30
♦ Seth Allen Bowmen, 22, of Wendover Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of marijuana, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Timothy David Colten McCleese, 28, of Woodhaven Drive, Statesville, charged with identity theft, taking a financial transaction card, credit card fraud, and misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Thomas Alan Spaulding, 56, of Fantasy Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of marijuana, and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ James Michael Barnett  Jr., 40, of Pilch Road, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle, larceny after breaking or entering, larceny of motor vehicle parts, flee/elude arrest, misdemeanor injury to personal property, misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer, misdemeanor speeding, misdemeanor careless and reckless driving, misdemeanor registration violation, misdemeanor driving while license revoked.

♦ Nicholas Hunter Dennison, 20, of Harmony Highway, Harmony, charged with statutory rape of a child 15 or younger.

♦ Christopher Edmond Gaither, 34, of Mahogany Road, Statesville, charged with two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of conspiracy to sell narcotics, and three counts of felony probation violation.

♦ James Michael Henderson, 19, of Ashford Drive, Olin, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Jason Christopher Swing, 37, of Regency Road, Mooresville, charged with larceny of a firearm.

♦ Daven Wayne Adams, 43, of Charisma Drive, Spartanburg, S.C., charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Brandon Charles Johnson, 31, of Castlerock Drive, Asheville, charged with two counts of larceny by employee.

♦ Francis Albert Mafetone III, 49, of W. McLelland Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, sell or deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of school property, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, three counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer and a misdemeanor drug offense.
