The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

SEPTEMBER 17
♦ Stacy Lynn Evans, 48, of Henderson Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor drug offense.

SEPTEMBER 18
♦ Michael Angelo Claire, 33, of Perth Road, Troutman, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor injury to personal property.

♦ Justin Paul Miller, 40, of Highway 801 South, Mocksville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.

♦ James Lee Rankin Jr., 41, of Ramseur Road, Maiden, charged with habitual larceny.

SEPTEMBER 19
♦ John Antonio Ikard, 37, of Patterson Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor contempt of court.

♦ Jose Enrique Navarro, 25, of Brookwood Avenue, Concord, charged with three counts of possession of cocaine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

SEPTEMBER 20
♦ Preston Donta Morgan, 29, of Sharon Pointe Road, Charlotte, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle.

SEPTEMBER 21
♦ Edwyn Raul Arvelo, 36, of First Avenue, Statesville, was served with two true bill felony indictments.

♦ Trent Brandon Carpenter, 35, of Golf Course Drive South, Denver, charged with larceny after breaking or entering.

♦ Michael Eugene Ennis, 45, of South Kerr Avenue, Wilmington, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Justin Paul Miller, 40, of Highway 801 South, Mocksville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor assault.

♦ Mario Alberto Perez, 35, of Main Street, Ramsuer, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Stephen James Smith, 34, of 4th Avenue SW, Taylorsville, charged with possession of marijuana and a misdemeanor drug offense.

SEPTEMBER 22
♦ Luckas Marriel Chambers, 35, of Berry Street, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Julie Eileen Helms, 50, of E. Edison Drive, Statesville, charged with four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses, four counts of identity theft and four counts of accessing computers to defraud.

♦ Jermaine Horsely, 43, of Augusta Plantation Drive, Myrtle Beach, S.C., charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor probation violation.

♦ Candice Danielle Rogers, 32, of Magnolia Street, Mooresville, charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Derwin Lamar Turner, 39, of Chambers Street, Statesville, charged with maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, manufacture Mdpv, possession of marijuana, possession of a firearm by a felon, two misdemeanor drug offenses, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon without a permit.

SEPTEMBER 23
♦ David Phillip Neagle, 55, of Rehoboth Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Troy Ali Smith, 37, of Holly Springs Loop, Troutman, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
