District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s office announced dispositions in the following felony cases in Iredell County Superior Court:

♦ Toby Ikard pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Felony Speeding to Elude Arrest and Habitual Felon. He received an active prison sentence of 72 to 99 months.

♦ Ronald Tabor pleaded guilty to Habitual Driving While Impaired and received an active prison sentence of 31 to 47 months.

♦ Mearle Hunt pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine, Attempted Trafficking in Methamphetamine and Habitual Felon and received an active prison sentence of 96 to 128 months.

♦ Tyler Lilly pleaded guilty to Felony Conspiracy and received a 6 to 17 month suspended sentence. This defendant and Richard Quillen were pulling a cart full of wire out of Lowe’s Home Improvement without paying for it when the store’s loss-prevention officer called the police. When the police arrived, the defendant ran but was apprehended shortly thereafter. Quillen drove away, but was apprehended nearby and a gun was found in his bookbag. He pleaded guilty to Felony Larceny, Felony Speeding to Elude Arrest and Possession of a Firearm by a Felon. He was sentenced to an active prison sentence of 17 to 30 months, plus a suspended sentence of 10 to 21 months in prison.

♦ Cody Nettles pleaded guilty to Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and received an active prison sentence of 48 to 70 months.

♦ Matthew Snyder pleaded guilty to Attempted-First Degree Arson and received an active prison sentence of 26 to 44 months. This defendant got into a dispute with his neighbor and threw a burning pile of cardboard and wood against the neighbor’s porch gate. Fortunately, nothing actually caught fire; the victim was able to move the burning items away from the house.

♦ Joshua Seagro pleaded guilty to multiple counts of Breaking and Entering, Sale of Methamphetamine and First-Degree Burglary and received an active prison sentence of 59 to 83 months. This defendant broke into houses and outbuildings on Turnersburg Highway and also sold Methamphetamine to an undercover officer.

♦ Augustus Hammond pleaded guilty to Identity Theft and Larceny of a Motor Vehicle. He received an active prison sentence of 25 to 39 months. The defendant represented himself as the victim and took a vehicle from Black GMC for a test drive and never returned it. The vehicle was recovered in South Carolina.

♦ Christian Sarpy pleaded guilty to Common Law Robbery and received an active prison sentence of 10 to 21 months. The robbery occurred at a CVS in Mooresville.

♦ Bradley Crider pleaded guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Methamphetamine and received an active prison sentence of 17 to 30 months, plus 10 to 21 months suspended.

♦ Whitney Lipscomb pleaded guilty to two counts of Sale of Marijuana and received a suspended sentence of 6 to 17 months in prison. The defendant sold marijuana to an undercover officer.
