The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 30
♦ Casey Dawn Garrett, 31, of Lakewind Drive, Mooresville, charged with larceny of property, possession of a controlled substance in a local jail and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Jessica Nicole Horne, 40, of Washington Avenue, Memphis, Tenn., charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Christopher Reid Plummer, 34, of Merlin Way, Asheville, charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor larceny.

OCTOBER 1
♦ Tina Marie Alexander, 44, of Norman Island Drive, Cornelius, charged with trafficking opium or heroin, trafficking methamphetamine, and possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Gilbert Ranger Herbert, 31, of S. Stratford Road, Winston-Salem, charged with conspire to commit felony larceny and felony larceny, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor possession of stolen property, and misdemeanor resist, delay or obstruct an officer.

♦ Rex Leroy Locke, 41, of Oakridge Farm Highway, Mooresville, charged with possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for the use or sale of a controlled substance, and possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance.

OCTOBER 4
♦ Eric Anthony Testa, 41, of Milroy Lane, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

OCTOBER 5
♦ Thomas Edmond Burnelle II, 39, of Belk Road, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Derrick Ron Leston Roberts, 27, of Days Inn Drive, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering and felony larceny.

OCTOBER 7
♦ Peter William Drenth, 38, of Chatham Street, Newton, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance

OCTOBER 8
♦ Becca Ann Yunker, 22, of Williams Road, Charlotte, charged with felony probation violation and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

OCTOBER 10
♦ Norman Yates Carthens, 41, of N. Tryon Street, Charlotte, charged with armed robbery, credit card fraud and financial transaction card theft.

♦ Da’Niquae Jamario Osborne, 20, of Griffith Street, Charlotte, charged with receiving stolen property.

OCTOBER 11
♦ Tony Michael Chiodo II, 34, of Dogwood Lane, Mooresville, charged with breaking or entering and felony larceny.

♦ Jaylon Edmond Westbrook, 19, of Stony Point Road, Kings Mountain, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor speeding to elude arrest.

OCTOBER 12
♦ Andrew Gray Stuart, 25, of Turnersburg Highway, Statesville, charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.

OCTOBER 14
♦ Varee Alexis Chandler, 21, of Sandreed Drive, Mooresville, charged with financial transaction card theft and credit card fraud.

♦ Preston Pierre Jackson, 22, of Pressley Road, Charlotte, charged with possession of stolen property, assaulting a government official with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor assaulting a government official with a deadly weapon.

♦ Jessica Anne Miller, 39, of Pinecrest Drive NE, Hickory, charged with failure to return rental property and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Jean Celis Newby, 55, of N. Main Street, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.

♦ Randy Alan Turner, 36, of Fairview Drive, Lexington, charged with obtaining property by false pretense and larceny of a firearm.

OCTOBER 15
♦ Eduardo Majeed Cordova, 20, of Brown Ridge Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of felony probation violation, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

OCTOBER 16
♦ Rondarius Amod Redfear, 22, of Rebecca Jane Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

OCTOBER 17
♦ Orlando Shehenate Bruner, 30, of Picadilly Lane, Troutman, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor injury to personal property and a misdemeanor drug offense.
