♦ Ambrosio Duarte, 29, of Statesville charged with possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Jason Lee Reavis, 35, of Stony Point charged with felony probation violation.

DECEMBER 20
♦ Brian Keith Rucker, 54, of Statesville charged with assault by strangulation.

♦ Terrence Romont Miller, 46, of Columbia, S.C., charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
