FEBRUARY 8
♦ Cornelious Epperson, 38, of Statesville charged with assault by strangulation.

FEBRUARY 10
♦ Darius Odell Webster, 37, no address reported, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and uttering a forged instrument.

FEBRUARY 12
♦ Miranda Stevens, 36, of Salisbury charged with larceny by removing/deactivating/destroying security device.

FEBRUARY 17
♦ Johnterro King, 22, of Statesville charged with assault by strangulation.

FEBRUARY 18
♦ Geniya Skie Rice, 19, of Statesville charged with larceny by employee.
