The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

APRIL 28
♦ Devon Joseph Jacquet, 32, of Gay Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, three counts of manufacture Mdpv and possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Gary Franklin Lackey, 30, of Alexander Street, Statesville, charged with three counts of sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Melia Anthonia Luckey, 25, of Talley Street, Troutman, charged with two counts of possession of cocaine.

♦ Heather Nicole Readling, 31, of Edenwood Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Bradley Smith Sigmon, 51, of Goodman Road, Troutman, charged with felony stalking and misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order.

APRIL 29
♦ William Ray Tyler Jr., 28, of Cricklewood Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of breaking or entering, larceny after breaking or entering, possession of stolen goods, two counts of trafficking in methamphetamine, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, two counts of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, two counts of inciting to riot, two counts of trespass during an emergency, conspiracy and misdemeanor assault in the presence of a minor.

APRIL 30
♦ James Dempsey Knapp, 43, of Belinda Loop, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

MAY 1
♦ Ajamemian Kumara Carr, 38, of Armfield Street, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, a misdemeanor drug offense, and two driving-related misdemeanors.

♦ Dirquas Ktavis Ellis, 29, of Jasmine Court, Troutman, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, larceny after breaking or entering, misdemeanor breaking or entering, and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ Richard Keith Seymore, 54, of Bristol Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

MAY 3
♦ Brandy Stout Anderson, 46, of Burdette Loop, Georgetown, S.C., charged with two counts of conspiracy to traffic narcotics.

♦ Maxx Dakota Witt, 33, of Coolwood Drive, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury and two counts of misdemeanor assault on a female.

MAY 4
♦ Kathleen Marie Harvey, 53, of Mitchell Trail Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor probation violation.

♦ Joseph Martin Lancaster Sr., 47, of Virginia charged with common law robbery and misdemeanor assault on a female.

♦ Rafael Angel Moreno, 32, of Buffalo, N.Y., charged with two counts of trafficking heroin, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, and two counts of trafficking cocaine.

♦ Bradley Scott Rogers, 58, of Cornelius Road, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Steven Salgado, 44, of Bronx, N.Y., charged with two counts of trafficking heroin, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance, and two counts of trafficking cocaine.

MAY 5
♦ Brandon O’Lawrence Morten, 30, of Atlanta, Ga., charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
