The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
MARCH 11
♦ Joseph Richard Johnson, 68, of Marlin Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of marijuana, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for the sale or use of controlled substances, manufacture a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MARCH 12
♦ Jamyri Phontae Casmir, 24, of Thistle Gold Drive, Hope Mills, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ William Arthur Sturgeon, 48, of W. Bell Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change and sex offender/fail to register.
MARCH 13
♦ Sheena Leigh Dunford, 38, of Sigmon Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor controlled substance.
♦ Stephen Eugene Lazenby, 32, of Scotts Creek Road, Statesville, was served with a Governor’s Warrant.
♦ Jordan Tyler Melton, 24, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with felony probation violation.
♦ Aaron Daniel Salyer, 38, of Broad Street, Kannapolis, was served with a true bill felony indictment.
MARCH 14
♦ Malik Lamar Dwight, 25, of Ken Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Austin Kaleb Eason, 22, of Indian Hill Road, Olin, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Lishan Mesifant Mulushowa, 44, of Fieldstone Farm Drive, Statesville, charged with three counts of identity theft and exploitation of elder adult or disabled adult.
♦ Darren Eugene Parker, 51, of Foster Road, Cleveland, charged with robbery with a firearm, common law robbery, larceny of a motor vehicle, taking a financial transaction card, misdemeanor assault, and misdemeanor assault on a female.
MARCH 15
♦ Crystal Amanda Gallimore, 34, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with two counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Jordan Tyler Melton, 24, of Lipe Road, Troutman, charged with alter/destroy serial number of firearm, manufacture/possess a weapon of mass destruction, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
♦ William Arthur Sturgeon, 48, of W. Bell Street, Statesville, charged with uttering a forged instrument, forgery or notes or checks, taking a financial transaction card, identity theft, obtaining property by false pretenses, financial transaction card fraud and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Jonathan Alexander Wright, 40, of W. Statesville Avenue, Mooresville, was served with two true bill felony indictments.
MARCH 16
♦ Cassidy Layle Bailey, 25, of Cady Court, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Acquilla Booze Cain Jr., 38, of Kennedy Court, Statesville, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor communicating threats, and misdemeanor false imprisonment.
♦ William Joseph McCurdy, 31, of James Way Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jennifer Lynn Moss, 34, of Leah Drive, Hickory, charged with organized retail theft and larceny.
