District Attorney Sarah Kirkman’s Office announced that the following cases were disposed during the May 2 term of Iredell County Criminal Superior Court:

♦ Assistant District Attorney Regina Mahoney tried Defendant Kima Ivey, who was found guilty by a jury of seven counts of Sex Offense with a Child Less than 15 and was sentenced to 356 to 489 months in prison. The Defendant is required to register as a sex offender for 30 years and has a permanent order of no contact with the victim.

♦ Ginger Miller pleaded guilty to Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance and three counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule I Controlled Substance. She was sentenced to two consecutive suspended sentences of 10-21 months.

♦ Corvus Simpson pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 13-25 months.

♦ Antonio Frazier pleaded guilty to Felony Obstruction of Justice and was sentenced to 8-19 months suspended.

♦ Shannon Grant pleaded guilty to Accessory After the Fact to First Degree Burglary, Accessory After the Fact to First Degree Kidnapping, Accessory After the Fact to Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Accessory After the Fact to Assault with a Deadly Weapon Inflicting Serious Injury and was sentenced to four consecutive suspended sentences of 25-42 months, plus 16-29 months, plus 16-29 months, plus 13-25 months.

♦ Dequavious Clements pleaded guilty to Identity Theft and was sentenced to 13-25 months suspended.

♦ Rico Torrence pleaded guilty to three counts of Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 22-36 months in prison at the expiration of 22-36 months in prison.

♦ Spring Fassett pleaded guilty to two counts of Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and Sell or Deliver Schedule III Controlled Substance and received a sentence of 10-21 months suspended, at the expiration of 17-30 months suspended, at the expiration of 17-30 months suspended.

♦ Brian Petrak-Fennell pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Marijuana and was sentence to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Harold Tucker pleaded guilty to Possession of Firearm by Felon and was sentenced to 14-26 months suspended with a split sentence of 23 days in jail.

♦ Tiffany McCray pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 120 days suspended.

♦ Nicole Jones pleaded guilty to Identity Theft and Obtaining Property by False Pretenses and was sentenced to 11-23 months in prison.

♦ Jermain Horsley pleaded guilty to Attempted Trafficking in Cocaine, 28-200 grams, and Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail and was sentenced to 22-36 months in prison.

♦ Joshua Dover pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Possession of Firearm by Felon and Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule II Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 19-32 months suspended with a split sentence of 50 days in jail.

♦ Christopher Campbell pleaded guilty to Driving While License Revoked Impaired Revocation and was given a Prayer for Judgment Continued by the judge.

♦ Joseph Hoke pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 5-15 months suspended.

♦ Clayton Broyhill pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Schedule VI Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Carrington Jones pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Obstruction of Justice and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.

♦ Shelby Adams pleaded guilty to Possession of Weapon of Mass Destruction and was sentenced to 16-29 months suspended.

♦ Alexandria Cowan pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to Malicious Conduct by Prisoner and Fail to Return Rental Property and was sentenced to 21-35 months suspended.

♦ Kevin Owens pleaded guilty to Felony Possession of Cocaine and was sentenced to 6-17 months suspended.

♦ Quoterrius Tucker pleaded guilty to Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and was sentenced to 45-66 months in prison.

♦ Chad McCall pleaded guilty pursuant to Alford to two counts of Common Law Robbery and Felony Breaking or Entering to Terrorize and was sentenced to two consecutive sentences of 17-30 months in prison.

♦ James Aistrop pleaded guilty to Felony Breaking or Entering, Felony Larceny, Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Methamphetamine and two counts of Possession of Methamphetamine. He was sentenced to two consecutive, suspended sentences of 8-19 months with a split sentence of 45 days in jail.

♦ Gerald Henry pleaded guilty to Felony Flee to Elude Arrest, Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance and Possession of Controlled Substance in Jail. He was sentenced to 20-33 months plus 10-21 months in prison.

♦ Kameron Steele pleaded guilty to Misdemeanor Larceny and was sentenced to 45 days suspended.
♦ John Travis pleaded guilty to Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Marijuana and Felony Possession of Marijuana. He was sentenced to 5-15 months in prison followed by 6-17 months suspended at the expiration of his prison sentence.
