♦ Christopher Michael Lane-Vicars, 36, of Sierra Drive, Maiden, charged with identity theft, possession of a controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
MARCH 19
♦ Allison Ward Watkins, 46, of Pink Orchard Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor assault of government employee.
MARCH 20
♦ Alexus Nicole Cox, 27, Plantation Pointe Loop, Mooresville, charged with motor vehicle theft, financial card theft and common law conspiracy.
♦ Rondarius Amod Redfear, 22, of Cedarcroft Drive, Mooresville, charged with speeding to elude arrest.
♦ Katie Lynn Rudisill, 23, of Plantation Pointe Loop, Mooresville, charged with motor vehicle theft, financial transaction card theft and larceny from the person.

♦ Laura Lee Gibson, 46, of Glade Valley Avenue, Mooresville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
♦ Kevin Obrian Williamson, 33, of Agape Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance.

♦ Melvin Ryan Carter, 40, of Applewood Street, Kannapolis, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Richard Todd Waugh, 49, of Chuckwood Road, Mooresville, charged with breaking and entering, a larceny.

♦ Mitchell Todd Bowman, 48, of 2nd Avenue NW, Hickory, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Byron Deshawn Duff, 34, of Bruce Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of stolen property.
