After 11 dedicated years of service, Canine Binji has officially retired from the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office. Throughout his career, Binji worked on patrol alongside ICSO deputies, specializing in apprehension and narcotics detection.

Binji will now enjoy a well-earned retirement with his trusted partner, Sergeant Goforth. His handler since day one, Sergeant Goforth has adopted Binji, ensuring the canine lives out his days surrounded by love with his family.

The Sheriff’s Office expressed its gratitude to Canine Binji for his service and wished him a happy retirement.
