The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

APRIL 17
♦ Ismael Vasquez, 33, of Hemphill Street, Charlotte, charged with soliciting by computer.

APRIL 18
♦ Phillip Ray Bare, 41, of Main Street, Clarksville, Tenn., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

APRIL 19
♦ Shamonquez Tyquan Arnold, 25, of Davis Hills, Dallas, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled controlled substance.

APRIL 20
♦ Severiano Alonso Mata III, 25, of North Tryon Street, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and three misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Erica Kristen McCarter, 33, of Dellinger Drive, Statesville, charged with motor vehicle theft and two misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Alexandra Marie Soma, 30, of Donovan Place, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Harry Claygett Van-Pelt, 55, of Rosewood Lane, Mooresville, charged with habitual larceny and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

APRIL 21
♦ William Dane Tobey, 75, of Wiltshire Boulevard, Salisbury, charged with soliciting child by computer.

APRIL 24
♦ Michael Wayne Morris, 41, of Delargy Circle, Mooresville, charged with violation of a domestic violence protective order.

♦ Roman Fred Zabinski, 58, of Deerhaven Drive, China Grove, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

APRIL 25
♦ Tara Braddock McAlister, 47, of Wilkins Way, Cornelius, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor probation violation.

♦ Miles Reid Morgan, 33, of Community Park Lane, Mooresville, charged with 10 counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 10 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

APRIL 28
♦ David Todore Collier, 20, of Carriage Club Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, conspiracy and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Gavin Lee Thorp, 19, of Carriage Club Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two counts of possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, conspiracy and a misdemeanor drug offense.
