Mission Statement/Business Philosophy
At Iredell Health System, the mission is to:
- Support our community’s journey toward optimal health;
- Provide an excellent experience for our patients and their families; and
- Deliver high quality, affordable health services
A dedication to patient care means system staff strives for excellence and considers neither “good” nor even “very good” acceptable adjectives to describe the level of care. By maintaining the three aspects of the health system’s mission — supporting the community’s health; providing an excellent experience; and delivering high quality, affordable care — it’s able to truly provide exceptional care to each of the patients it serves. An administrative team sees that the system’s mission, vision and ideals are carried out in the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
