A Statesville man faces charges in connection with two vehicle break-ins following an investigation by the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Darren Campbell announced the arrest of Keith Andrew Adams, 60, of Park Drive Statesville, in a news release Friday.
The ICSO opened an investigation after receiving reports of two vehicle break-ins and an attempted larceny that occurred off Westminster Drive on May 13. The investigation was led by Detective C. Rogers.
As a result of evidence obtained in the investigation Adams was charged with two counts of Felony Breaking and Entering of a Motor Vehicle and one count of Misdemeanor Attempted Larceny. He was arrested and transported to the Iredell County Detention Center. Magistrate Callejas set his bond at $7,500.
According to the ICSO, the suspect’s criminal history includes the following charges: three counts of Misdemeanor Larceny, Misdemeanor Intoxicated and Disruptive, Misdemeanor Probation Violation, six counts of Misdemeanor Assault on a Female, Misdemeanor Simple Assault, two counts of Misdemeanor Second-Degree Trespass, two counts of Misdemeanor Communicating Threats, Misdemeanor Harassing Phone Call, two counts of Driving While Impaired, two counts of Misdemeanor Resisting a Public Officer, two counts of Misdemeanor Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Sell Cocaine, Felony Trafficking Heroin, Felony Breaking and Entering a Motor Vehicle, Felony Breaking and Entering, Felony Larceny After Breaking and Entering, Felony Possession with Intent to Sell or Deliver Cocaine, and Felony Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle.
