The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

MAY 16
♦ Justin Smith Davidson, 20, of Kerr Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor discharging a firearm in town limits.

♦ Jose Yeiker Avila Martinez, 23, of Newton Drive, Statesville, charged with embezzlement by employee.

♦ Cesar Abraham Orasma Mota, 25, of Newton Drive, Statesville, charged with embezzlement by employee.

♦ William Charles Silverstein, 30, of Deal Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and four misdemeanor drug offenses.

♦ Joseph Abdul Hendrix, 45, of Knox Avenue, Statesville, charged with being an habitual felon and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Xazavious Tarnell Berryman, 33, of Mallardwood Road, Mount Ulla, charged with speeding to elude arrest.

♦ Allan Don Hamrick, 34, of Brown Drive, Belmont, charged with being a fugitive from justice and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ John Aaron Travis, 26, of Charity Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Kimberly Michelle London, 34, of Parker Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, two misdemeanor drug offenses and misdemeanor breaking or entering.

♦ Danny Lee Smith Jr., 51, of Old Brick Road, Vanceboro, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.

♦ Richard Animodi, 31, of Union Avenue, Staten Island, N.Y., charged with two counts of obtaining property by false pretense, financial identity theft, two counts of conspiracy, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

MAY 30
♦ Kaitlyn Maria Gardner, 32, of E. Decatur Avenue, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and misdemeanor possession of stolen property.

MAY 31
♦ Josh James Boerger, 33, of Tullamore Circle, Oxford, Mich., charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, creating a counterfeit controlled substance, two counts trafficking in amphetamines, a misdemeanor drug offense, misdemeanor DWI and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.

♦ Jonathon Montreal O’Fair, 45, of Glenview Court, Charlotte, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, speeding to elude arrest, a misdemeanor drug offense, misdemeanor reckless driving, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
