Lesley William Marlowe, 58, of Statesville, N.C., went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at the Gordon Hospice House. He was born in Iredell County on March 17, 1967, to the late Lester Marlowe and Glenda Payne.

He worked for Sherwin-Williams Distribution Center for 30 years. He enjoyed hunting and his golf trips with his friends.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one sister, Lesia Faye Marlowe, and a stepsister, Judy Goodman.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Laura Swint Marlowe of the home; two step-children, Brenden Childers (Hayley) and Heather Fulbright; five grandchildren; and three special fur babies, Molly, Oakley, and Bella. One stepbrother, Jerry Marlowe (Becky) of Statesville, also survives.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at Chapman Funeral Home from 6 to 7 p.m. A private burial will follow.
