Special to IFN
Plans are now underway for the 2025 Downtown Harmonies, the signature music festival celebrating live music, local flavor, and community spirit.
This year’s festival, which will be held behind the American Renaissance School Gym & Activity Center on Tradd Street in Statesville, is scheduled for Saturday, September 20. The event coincides with Downtown Statesville’s Fall Art Crawl and promises an even bigger lineup of regional and local musicians, food trucks, artisan vendors, and an expanded Kids Zone.
The festival benefits American Renaissance School’s K–8 educational programming and capital campaign initiatives, including the continued development of the American Renaissance Arts and Science Center.
“We are thrilled to bring Downtown Harmonies back to life – and especially excited to align this year’s festival with Downtown Statesville’s Fall Art Crawl,” said Jim Duffey, executive director of American Renaissance School. “It’s the perfect opportunity to showcase not only our school’s talent and spirit, but also to celebrate the creativity that runs through this entire community. I’m especially looking forward to seeing more families and neighbors enjoying live music, sharing a meal, and connecting in our shared space downtown.”
Originally known as the 3B Music Festival, the event was rebranded in 2024 as Downtown Harmonies to better reflect the broad and diverse community ARS serves.
