United Way of Iredell County is accepting subcontractor applications for general contractors willing to perform home repair work in Iredell County under a variety of funding streams including the Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant program. All projects aim to increase affordable and safe housing within Iredell County.

To be notified of bids please reach out to SHelmick@UWIredell.org. Requests for bids per project will then be sent to interested and qualified businesses. If your bid is accepted, you will then be asked to complete licensing requirements.

Pursuant to General Statute 143-48 and Executive Order #150, United Way of Iredell County invites and encourages participation in this procurement process by businesses owned by minorities, women, disabled, disabled business enterprises and non-profit work centers for the blind and severely disabled. United Way of Iredell County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the United Way of Iredell County.
