The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

JULY 1
♦ Dionte Tyvon Tillman, 29, of White Apple Way, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting physical injury by strangulation, and second-degree Kidnapping.

JULY 2
♦ Demarcus Lamont Maddox Sr., 43, of Sylvia Street, Statesville, charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, or probation or parole officer inflicting physical injury.

JULY 4
♦ Rico Vashawn Allison, 32, of Pine Street, Lexington, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Donald Lee Townsend, 35, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting physical injury by strangulation, and second-degree kidnapping.

♦ Michael Raymond Lettner, 50, of Knox Ridge, Ridgecrest, charged with felony probation violation.

♦ Stephanie Laurette Lipari, 43, of no fixed address charged with identity theft.

JULY 6
♦ Gilbert Napolean Millsaps III, 44, of W. Cloaninger Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession of s stolen firearm and possession of a firearm by a felon.

♦ Lisa Marie Paris, 63, of Fifth Street, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine.

♦ Brian Jesus Chavarria, 27, of Eastside Drive, Statesville, charged with larceny of a motor vehicle.
