Robert Morris Sherrill, known as “Big Bob,” was born in Iredell County, on August 31, 1964, to Leroy Morris, and Mary Nell Tate. He passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at his residence at the age of 60.

He attended the Iredell County School System, and he worked for a detail shop, detailing cars. Robert will truly be missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 4, 2025, at 2 p.m. at Rutledge and Bigham Funeral Home in Statesville, N.C. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m.
