The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

JULY 22
♦ James Malcolm Ingram, 25, of Royal Street, East Spencer, charged with felony possession of marijuana, and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver marijuana.

♦ Jeffrey Scott Kirkland, 54, of no fixed address charged with second-degree kidnapping.

JULY 23
♦ William Lewis Byers III, 35, of Vandalia Road, Greensboro, charged with felony possession of cocaine and possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Destiny Marie Gonzales, 24, of Rosy Apple Lane, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine.

♦ Steven Lee Caskey, 46, of Hull Street, Statesville, charged with flee or elude arrest in a motor vehicle.

♦ Brandon Lewis Allison, 40, of Park Drive, Statesville, charged with Park Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance.

JULY 26
♦ David Khalil Alexander, 23, of Club Drive, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
