Karen Harding Tyler, 70, of Hiddenite, N.C., passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2025, at her home. She was born September 27, 1954, in Delaware, the daughter of the late Roy Harding and Jackie Harding.

Karen made her career in nursing, but also had her real estate license all while being a homemaker. She was a faithful member of Concord Presbyterian Church in Statesville. She was an avid arts and crafts person. She enjoyed reading and playing word games.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dottie, and sister-in-law, Dianne.

Those left to cherish and honor her memories include her husband, Thomas “Tom” Tyler; her daughters, Amy, Lisa, Arianna; her sons, B.J., Jack, Sam, Evan, Nathaniel, and Bryce; her sisters, Terri and Debbie; her brothers, Tom, David, Roy, and Richard; and brothers-in-law, David and Joe.

The funeral service will be held at Concord Presbyterian Church. Service information will be announced at a later date.
