AUGUST 13
♦ Donna Moretz Pobbi’ Asare, 50, of McClaine Road, Hiddenite, charged with habitual larceny.

AUGUST 15
♦ Kenneth Lee McBride, 41, of Original Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and larceny.

♦ Nazmija Muja, 39, of S. Patterson Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Aaron David Finney Jr., 35, of no fixed address, charged with conspiracy and larceny.

AUGUST 17
♦ Ayana D’Mora Siler-Rippy, 23, of no fixed address, charged with assault or affray on a firefighter, EMT, medical responder, or hospital personnel/security.

AUGUST 18
♦ Roy Lee Adams Jr., 63, of Fayetteville Avenue, Statesville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender.

♦ Sherry Diane Everhart, 48, of Buddle Drive, Lexington, charged with exploitation of an older adult or disabled adult.

♦ Freddie Cerrato Villa Lobos, 30, of no fixed address, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.

♦ Cory Lee Hobbs, 43, of Broom Street, Statesville, charged with possession of cocaine and possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

♦ Ryan Montrea Alexander, 49, of no fixed address, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.
