The Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization (CRTPO) will hold a meeting of the Beyond 77 Coalition’s Executive Committee on September 24.

The meeting will be held from 4 to 5 p.m. in Room 266 of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center, located at 600 E. 4th Street in Charlotte.

The Coalition’s mission is to connect communities and partners across the I-77 corridor to develop informed, collaborative recommendations to the CRTPO Board that will improve mobility in the surrounding areas.

The Executive Committee receives recommendations from the Advisory Committee and works with staff to prioritize recommendations that are presented to the CRTPO Board. Its membership is CRTPO Board members from the I-77 corridor.

The CRTPO is the metropolitan planning organization for the greater Charlotte urban area, including Iredell, Mecklenburg, and Union counties.
