The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

SEPTEMBER 20
♦ Roger Scott McKiver, 30, of Piney Woods Road, Willard, charged with felony probation violation.

SEPTEMBER 21
♦ Amiel Termain Bennett, 48, of Ora Drive, Statesville, charged with habitual larceny.

♦ Davion Lamont Roseboro, 24, of Ascending Lane, Statesville, charged with assault inflicting physical injury by strangulation.

SEPTEMBER 23
♦ Carlos Javier Diaz Rosario, 50, of Kimberly Street, Mount Airy, charged with breaking or entering to terrorize or injure; and second-degree kidnapping.

SEPTEMBER 28
♦ Chad Everette McCall, 52, of Brevard Street, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to inflict serious injury.

OCTOBER 1
♦ Cecilia Denise Winstead, 42, of N. Oakland Avenue, Statesville, charged with assault on a law enforcement officer, probation or parole officer inflicting serious injury.
