The Stony Point Volunteer Fire Department held its 18th Annual Cruise-In fundraiser at Station 1 on Ruritan Road on Saturday.

More than 75 cars, motorcycles and trucks were featured in the event. Plaques were awarded for the People’s Choice Award, Firefighters Choice Award and Auxilary Choice Ward. This year’s winners were Janette Thornley (People’s Choice) for her 1958 English Ford Anglia, Auxiliary choice “Trick” Lee (Auxiliary Choice) for her blue and white 1972 Chevy Cheyenne Super 10 pickup truck, and Patsy Little (Firefighters Choice) for her black 1955 Chevy pickup.
