The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 24
♦ Jeremie Garrett Moore, 37, of Fox Run Drive, Statesville, charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Evan Eduardo Rivas-Pacheco, 22, of Redhaven Drive, Salisbury, charged with larceny, misdemeanor assault and misdemeanor larceny.
OCTOBER 25
♦ Freddie Lee Davis, 48, of Coolbrook Road, Union Grove, charged with three counts of fail to register as sex offender.
♦ George Richard Gaines, 50, of Freedom Drive, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Brandi Alexandra Miller, 38, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Zackery Thomas Noble, 40, of Highway 90 E, Stony Point, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Roger Dale Salyers III, 35, of Villa Lane, Taylorsville, charged with two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and obtaining property by false pretenses.
OCTOBER 26
♦ Joshua Anson Orner, 35, of Skyview Lake Road, Harmony, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor assault on a government official, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor domestic violence, a misdemeanor drug offense, and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
OCTOBER 27
♦ William Louis Eggers Jr., 49, of Little Dog Lane, Statesville, charged with fail to register as sex offender and sex offender/fail to notify sheriff of address change.
♦ Thomas Allen Greene, 45, of no fixed address charged with manufacture Mdpv and possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.
♦ Genesis Djamom Kerns, 26, of Mayer House Court, Charlotte, charged with second-degree kidnapping, breaking or entering to terrorize or injure, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor domestic violence, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
♦ Jason Nathaniel Lambert, 44, of Sloan Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.
♦ Lorraine Elizabeth Lipscomb, 35, of Days Inn Drive, Mooresville, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Dorian Fabrisio Torres-Rodriguez, 32, of Vinewood Drive, Stony Point, charged with assault by strangulation inflicting serious injury, misdemeanor domestic violence and misdemeanor assault on a female.
♦ Kevin Michael Stover, 46, of Davie Avenue, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 28
♦ Alexandria Paige Bowman, 25, of Westridge Drive, Statesville, charged with sex offender at or near child premises.
♦ Katherine Elizabeth Janvrin, 35, of Northwestern Drive, Morganton, charged with conspiracy.
♦ Ivan Keith Lackey, 45, of Springs Road, Conover, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 29
♦ Kevin Lee Blow, 55, of no fixed address charged with four counts of obtaining property by false pretenses and two counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Michael Conner Lamp Jr., 43, of Reuben Drive, Statesville, charged with conspiracy.
♦ Chaudae Monyai Miller, 31, of Morrell Lane, Denver, charged with possession of cocaine and possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.
OCTOBER 30
♦ Connor Reid Brown, 19, of Millers Hollow Lane, Mooresville, charged with first-degree arson and misdemeanor communicating threats.
♦ Randy William Johnson, 40, of Mott Park Drive, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor interfere with emergency communication and misdemeanor injury to personal property.
♦ Susan Carol Montgomery, 56, of Filly Trail, Statesville, charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintain a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
