Cub Scouts from Cub Scout Pack # 173 recently placed American flags on the grave sites of veterans at Centre Presbyterian Church and Fair View United Methodist Church in Mt. Mourne in recognition of their service to their country. The flag placement was completed after the Scouts learned the history and meaning of Veterans Day. Close to 100 graves were marked by the Scouts.
