Troutman has spent the past year improving Iredell Physician Network’s education programming, implementing competencies, and overseeing onboarding training. In her new role she will oversee various departments, including the Wellness & Diabetes Center, industrial clinics, corporate wellness programming, and Iredell Occupational Medicine.
“I’ve spent the majority of my adult life working at Iredell. It feels like home,” she said.
In her free time, Troutman enjoys spending time with her large family, including two grandchildren, 10 bonus grandchildren, a goldendoodle named Stevie Nicks, and an Aussiedoodle named Etta James that keep her hopping and bring lots of joy.
