The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
OCTOBER 17
♦ Nathaniel Phillip Knox, 48, of Grandview Drive, Flushing, Mich., charged with possession of stolen property and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Roger Glenn Nichols, 58, of Nichols Lane, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Daniel Rangel Ruiz, 23, of Crystal Arms Way, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor carrying a concealed firearm and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
OCTOBER 18
♦ Mary Heather Bartley, 51, of Kase Court, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
♦ Trevor Michael Bond, 19, of Mackwood Road, Mooresville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, misdemeanor possession of stolen goods and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Aram James Lumley, 38, of Brook Falls Court, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 19
♦ Leymonte Stanford-Bravad Morrison, 28, of N. El Centro Avenue, Los Angeles, Calif., charged with financial identity theft, financial card fraud and possess/manufacture a fraudulent ID.
♦ Jalen Thomas Rusan, 32, of Greenfield Road, Southfield, Mich., charged with conspiracy.
OCTOBER 20
♦ Alibrae Stevon LeCarl Jones, 30, of Pelorus Lane, Charlotte, charged with two counts of safecracking, three counts of possession of stolen goods, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, two counts of conspiracy, hit and run resulting in personal injury and speeding to elude arrest.
OCTOBER 21
♦ Kevin Daquan Graham, 30, of Wild Turkey Lane, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
OCTOBER 22
♦ Amanda Marlee Moore, 29, of W. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, misdemeanor larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 24
♦ Tyrell Lamont Smith, 30, of Grady Avenue, Beckley, W.Va., charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, and misdemeanor carrying a concealed firearm.
OCTOBER 25
♦ Kendall Quovonne Gainey, 32, of Sela Court, Mint Hill, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
OCTOBER 26
♦ Carlos David Paz Guevara, 22, of Mont Carmel, Charlotte, charged with speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor littering more than 500 pounds, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor speeding and misdemeanor reckless driving with wanton disregard.

♦ Tony Junior Gryder, 33, of Sedberry Lane, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation.
OCTOBER 28
♦ Caitlyn Rose Austin, 24, of Peeler Road, Gaston, S.C., charged with two counts of larceny of auto parts and conspiracy.
♦ Brishauna Chew-Robinson, 32, of Peeler Road, Gaston, S.C., charged with two counts of larceny of auto parts and conspiracy.
♦ Lashae Marie Herring, 27, of W. Craighead Road, Charlotte, charged with felony probation violation, larceny and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ George Miranda, 40, of Peeler Road, Gaston, S.C., charged with two counts of larceny.
♦ Jazzlynn M. O’Connel, 32, of Waypointe Circle, Mooresville, charged with assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on a government official and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
OCTOBER 29
♦ Chaudae Monyai Miller, 31, of Morrell Lane, Denver, charged with two counts of being a fugitive from justice, financial identity theft, possession of a firearm by a felon and misdemeanor carrying a concealed firearm.
OCTOBER 30
♦ Elton Pay Jetton, 67, of Kelly Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Elroy Gray Jr., 36, of Reynolda Drive, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances.
♦ Turez Niomiah Patterson, 19, of E. McLelland Avenue, Mooresville, charged with escape, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor reckless driving to endanger, misdemeanor exceeding a safe speed and two counts of fail to stop for a red light or stop sign.

♦ Jalil Ali Harris, 26, of Birch Leaf Court, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two counts of trafficking in cocaine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
