Mitchell Community College invites families to attend the Home School Career & College Promise Information Night on Monday, December 2.

The event, which begins at 6 p.m., will be held at Shearer Hall on the Statesville Campus, located at 500 W. Broad Street.

This special event will provide home school students and their families with an overview of the Career & College Promise (CCP) program, which offers eligible North Carolina high school students the opportunity to earn tuition-free college credit while completing their high school education.

Through CCP, students can jump-start their college experience, explore career pathways, and save significantly on future tuition costs.

Although this session is designed with home school students in mind, anyone interested in learning more about the CCP program is welcome to attend. Attendees will have the chance to meet Mitchell staff, ask questions, and discover how CCP can help students achieve their academic and career goals.
