The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
NOVEMBER 16
♦ Jacques Ahmad Lindsay, 31, of Bradford Drive, Charlotte, charged with discharging a firearm in an enclosure and possession of a firearm by a felon.
NOVEMBER 17
♦ Mark Wayne Frye Jr., 35, of Shiloh Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Melissa Sue Inks, 40, of Smyrna Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 18
♦ Talasia Pembrooks Sutton, 34, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
NOVEMBER 21
♦ Robert John Mazzullo, 31, of Woodwinds Drive, Mooresville, charged with speeding to elude arrest, misdemeanor communicating threats and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Myca Danielle Scaglione, 29, of Pine Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, altering or destroying evidence, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
NOVEMBER 22
♦ Barry Allen Boyd, 54, of Orchard Trace Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession of a controlled substance.
♦ Christopher Douglas Morrow, 41, of Little Mountain Road, Sherrills Ford, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor discharging a firearm in city limits and resist or delay an officer.
♦ Brian Mitchell Price, 51, of Gantt Street, Mooresville, charged with felony stalking, and seven counts of misdemeanor violation of a domestic violence protection order.
NOVEMBER 23
♦ Tony Elliott Duncan, 45, of Triangle Lake Road, High Point, charged with sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession of a controlled substance at or near a school and conspiracy.
♦ Joseph Lee Trahan, 42, of Appalachian Trail, Winston, charged with breaking or entering, injury to personal property to obtain nonferrous metal, attempted breaking or entering, larceny and two counts of misdemeanor injury to personal property.
NOVEMBER 24
♦ Lisa Ann Tussey, 46, of Boggs Road, Thomasville, charged with sell or deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance at or near a school, possession of a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and conspiracy.
♦ Kenneth Tyson Winchester, 23, of Hanner Town Road, Bear Creek, charged with motor vehicle theft, possession of stolen property, fleeing a police officer and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
NOVEMBER 26
♦ Keyonia Pateria Crowder, 28, of Hough Street, Monroe, charged with habitual larceny, misdemeanor larceny and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Ezekiel Devante Gunnings, 23, of College Street, Mooresville, charged with three counts of trafficking in opium or heroin, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance at or near a school, possession of a controlled substance at a park, two misdemeanor drug offenses, two counts of misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, misdemeanor escape, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, misdemeanor reckless driving and misdemeanor exceeding safe speed and four additional driving infractions.
♦ Rowton M. Harrison, 51, of Vincent Place, Mooresville, charged with felony probation violation and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
♦ Lavarius Dontrell Lowe, 23, of Cabarrus Avenue, Mooresville, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance at or near a school, conspiracy and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jordan Alise Stull, 30, of Water Oak Drive, Mooresville, charged with conspiracy.
NOVEMBER 28
♦ Kendra Lane Ellis, 34, of JC Circle, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Denzelle Christopher Hall, 30, of Spring Terrace Lane, Charlotte, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
NOVEMBER 29
♦ Eric Deon Combs, 25, of Glenallen Road, Mooresville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Valerie Aquilla Forney, 44, of S. Hill Street, Cornelius, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule I controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
NOVEMBER 30
♦ Luz Maria Dominguez de Bocaranda, 67, of Maple Falls Way, Mooresville, charged with embezzlement.
♦ Carolyn Patricia Wright, 42, of Shinnville Road, Cleveland, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, probation violation, misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
