The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
DECEMBER 12
♦ Marie Michelle Kilby, 40, of Roberson Lane, Boomer, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug office.
♦ Richard Paul Lambert, 62, of Kinder Road, Harmony, charged with three counts of indecent liberties with children.
DECEMBER 13
♦ Gary Wayne Woodard, 54, of Brick Yard Road, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon and three misdemeanor drug offenses.
DECEMBER 14
♦ Christopher Ray Foust, 38, of Fish Hill Drive, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor breaking or entering, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
DECEMBER 15
♦ Lance JaJuan Ellis, 42, of N. Tradd Street, Statesville, charged with providing a phone or electronic device to an inmate and conspiracy.
♦ Genesis Alicenjean Phifer, 19, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner, misdemeanor assault on a government official and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
DECEMBER 16
♦ Brooke Marie Butler, 45, of Taylorsville Highway, Statesville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Cory Edward Hartsell, 32, of Carolwoods Drive, Mooresville, charged with registered sex offender on school property and felony probation violation.
♦ Lance Marquise Moore, 33, of Kelston Place, Charlotte, charged with two counts of larceny, possession of stolen goods and conspiracy.
♦ Kiara Patterson, 33, of Jetton Street, Mecklenburg, charged with three counts of conspiracy.
♦ Carl Thomas Peake, 35, of North College, Charlotte, charged with habitual larceny, two counts of larceny, possession of stolen goods, conspiracy and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Arlin Eugene Reed, 37, of Woodridge Lane, Mooresville, charged with indecent liberties with children.
♦ Luis Alberto Sosa, 50, of Wood Acre Drive, Mooresville, charged with two counts of human trafficking, five counts of statutory rape, two counts of indecent liberties, and five counts of sex offense or intercourse by guardian.
DECEMBER 17
♦ Justin Lee Bruce, 37, of Fifth Street, Statesville, charged with fail to register as a sex offender.
♦ Bobby Lee Davis, 41, of Avondale Road, Lowell, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
♦ Danaisha Chantell Evans, 23, of Findley Road, Statesville, charged with eight counts of larceny by servant or employee.
♦ Genesis Alicenjean Phifer, 19, of Trailway Drive, Statesville, charged with malicious conduct by a prisoner and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
DECEMBER 19
♦ Jennifer Price Goble, 48, of Middlebrook Drive, Rockwell, charged with three counts of child abuse, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
