The Statesville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:

DECEMBER 4
♦ Shannon Lipscomb Shepherd, 48, of Wilmington Avenue, Statesville, charged with habitual larceny.
♦ Byrum Colby Holmes, 36, of Rolling Lane, Statesville, charged with second-degree kidnapping.

DECEMBER 5
♦ Nathalie Maillot, 61, of Madison Avenue, Paterson, N.J., charged with obtaining property by false pretenses and identity theft.
♦ Meagan Leigh Johnston, 33, of no fixed address charged with possession of methamphetamine.

DECEMBER 6
♦ Brooks James Resnick, 45, of no fixed address charged with possession of a controlled substance in a local jail.

DECEMBER 7
♦ Jason Anthony Eisele, 57, of S. Mulberry Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.

DECEMBER 9
♦ Ryan Scott Cleveland, 35, of Island Ford Road, Statesville, charged with violation of a domestic violence protective order and stalking.
♦ Bryson Justice Grady, 18, of Mimosa Lane, Cleveland, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle. 
♦ Zachary Douglas Rogers, 21, of Cross Country Road, Statesville, charged with flee or elude arrest with motor vehicle and felony probation violation.

DECEMBER 13
♦ Atavia Shanae Blakeney, 23, of S. Mulberry Street, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering a motor vehicle.

DECEMBER 14
♦ Davonta Everett Rankin, 31, of Lackey Street, Statesville, charged with probation violation.

DECEMBER 16
♦ Nicole F. Lemmerman, 52, of Stevens Trail, Hopatcong, N.J., charged with possession of cocaine,, Identity theft, obtaining property by false pretenses, and uttering forged instruments or instruments with forged endorsements.

DECEMBER 17

♦  Demaja Keshon Watts, 26, of Wilson Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, alteration, destruction, or removal of serial number from firearm, and possession of a firearm with the serial number removed.
♦ James Clayton Summers, 61, of Ericson Street, Statesville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
