The Statesville Woman’s Club recently held its December meeting at organization’s historic clubhouse.

Special guest entertainment was provided by local entertainers Erin Tide, featuring Veda and Rick Bafford and grandson Eli Sloan, who performed Christmas music.

The club’s project focus for December was collecting new unwrapped toys as the club supported the Statesville Police Department’s Fill The Trailer Toy Drive to help children in need in the community this Christmas.

Next Meeting

The next club meeting will be held on Thursday, January 8, at the clubhouse located at 515 West End Avenue. There will be a time of social fellowship at 5:30 p.m. and meeting at 6 p.m. All members, guests and interested women are invited to attend.
