On Tuesday, December 30, 2025, Brianna Nicole Brown, 19, was unexpectedly called to Heaven to be with the Lord she so dearly loved and spent her life singing about.
Brianna was born on January 31, 2006, and accepted Jesus as her Savior on April 10, 2012. She wrote the song that started their first CD at age 12. Since that time, she has passionately pursued His calling to serve through her musical talents by authoring over 100 songs in her short life, singing with her family and playing the piano in churches and tent revivals across the country.
Brianna was a gifted student and graduated with honors from A Beka Academy on May 14, 2024, and was actively serving the Lord in music ministry and mission work through the Ron Middleton Missions Outreach.
She loved her coffee and would say her day got started with coffee and Jesus. She was a friend to all and had a unique way of making everyone she came into contact with feel as though they were important and special, both to her and to the Lord.
She let Jesus “Shine Bright” through every aspect of her life, and her songs and the beautiful voice she recorded them with will continue to point others to Jesus and make Him known even in her passing.
Those left to cherish Brianna’s memory are her parents, Jonathan Lee Brown and Amy Nicole Dillinger Brown; sister, Abbie Grace Brown; brother, William “Tyler” Brown; maternal grandmother, Rebecca “Becky” Vandiver (Kevin); maternal grandfather, Sonny Dillinger; biological father, Brandon Lee Blevins; biological grandparents, James and Melinda “Mindy” Blevins; paternal grandmother, Cheryl Brown; uncles, Jonathan Dillinger (Jessica), Christopher Dillinger (Krista) and Bryan Brown (Crystal); aunts, Melissa Willard (Jonathan) and Kelly Sears (Jamie); cousins, Alexia Dillinger, Austin and Jesse James Dillinger, Angel and Christian Brown, Shelby and Kayliegh Willard, and Karity Sears.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Herbert Dwaine Brown.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Calvary Baptist Church in Union Grove. Pastors Steve Pope, Billy Sechrist, Chris Haizlip, and Evangelist Craig Bryan will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will visit with friends prior to the service from 12 noon until 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you purchase Brianna’s music to share with others so her music will live on forever. Music will be available for purchase at the funeral service as well as at www.brownfamilyministries.com.
Arrangements for Brianna are in the care of Troutman Funeral Home.
