The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:
JANUARY 16
♦ Shardae Shaquan Fields, 34, of Carlyle Drive, Charlotte, charged with being a fugitive from justice.
JANUARY 18
♦ Brittany Michelle Waller, 29, of Fox Run Drive, Statesville, charged with larceny.
♦ Crystal Rose Winstead, 39, of Sullivan Road, Statesville, charged with felony probation violation.
JANUARY 20
♦ Da-Shawn Nathaniel Clark-Eubanks, 36, of Hidden Lakes Road, Statesville, charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance and six counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Stephanie Darlene Cruz, 40, of Winding Cedar Drive, Statesville, charged with sex offender noncompliance and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ David Daniel Hunter, 62, of Bost Road, China Grove, charged with second-degree kidnapping, three counts of armed robbery and two counts of possession of a weapon by a felon.
♦ Danielson Lee Nichols, 38, of Hill Place, Hudson, charged with possession of cocaine and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Joesiya Paige, 18, of Grassy Knoll Circle, Greensboro, charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
♦ Justin Michael Spradling, 43, of West Panther Creek, Troutman, charged with three counts of sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change, sex offender at or near child premises, sex offender residence limitation violation and five counts of felony probation violation.
JANUARY 21
♦ Jason Nathaniel Lambert, 44, of Sloan Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ William Joseph McCurdy, 35, of Jamesway Drive, Statesville, charged with three counts of felony probation violation.
♦ Joseph Clayton Thornton, 23, of Carl Austin Road, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine, felony probation violation, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 22
♦ David Ralph Bellamy, 35, of Bancroft Lane, Statesville, charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and possession of a dangerous weapon in prison.
♦ Roger Clinton Caldwell, 40, of Kale Road, Catawba, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
♦ Jeffery Lee Zumbach, 50, of Hidden Valley Drive, Statesville, charged with habitual misdemeanor assault.
