The Second Annual Statesville Health & Fitness Expo is set for Sunday, March 1, at the Statesville Civic Center.

The event, which takes place from 12 to 5 p.m., will feature an action-packed day of movement, wellness, and community connection.

This year’s event places a strong emphasis on fitness, strength, and active living, featuring The Vegan Squad Community and nationally known fitness influencer John The Bodybuilding Vegan. Attendees will have access to live fitness classes and demonstrations designed for all experience levels — from beginners to seasoned athletes.

The expo offers a hands-on approach to health, giving attendees the opportunity to move, learn, and engage with trainers, wellness professionals, and brands focused on sustainable, healthy lifestyles.

In addition to the fitness programming, the event will include:

● Health, fitness, and lifestyle vendors;
● Food trucks offering nourishing meal options;
● Shopping and wellness resources; and
● Free face painting and activities for kids

The event is family-friendly, welcoming attendees of all ages, and offers free parking for easy access. A $10 suggested donation, available in advance or at the door, includes full participation in all fitness classes and demonstrations.

The expo draws attendees from Charlotte, the Triad, and Western North Carolina, making it a regional destination for those interested in fitness, wellness, and community-driven events.

“Statesville Health & Fitness Expo is about meeting people where they are and making fitness feel accessible, inclusive, and fun,” organizers shared. “You don’t need to be an athlete — just show up ready to move and be inspired.”
