Iredell Health System announced the addition of Dr. Kimberly Vass-Eudy to Family Care Center of Troutman, a new family medicine practice, which opened Monday.

Vass-Eudy has been practicing medicine in Iredell, Alexander, and Catawba counties since 2007.
She earned a Bachelor of Art in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Florida Atlantic University. She attended school at Nova Southeastern University and completed her residency in Family Medicine from Southern Regional Area Health Education Center, an affiliate of Duke Health, and is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Vass-Eudy is currently pursuing a Master of Health Administration with an expected graduation in 2027.
Iredell Health was a natural choice for Vass-Eudy based on her own experiences.
“I have been in practice long enough and under enough conditions to understand the importance of a community healthcare organization,” she shared. “Iredell knows its community best and is best suited to meet the needs of the patients that live in it. I have had my own experiences as a patient at Iredell, and I know the first-rate care that I received and that my friends, family, and patients have received.”
Patients can expect a physician that listens and asks questions. She chose her specialty as it offers an opportunity to care for patients and their families while building lifelong relationships that will support their health and wellbeing throughout all stages of life.
“Health is about optimizing the body to be able to meet the patient’s life purpose. My goal for patients is for them to have fulfillment in their lives. Optimizing their health is key to accomplishing this.”
Vass-Eudy is married with two children. She enjoys trail running, painting and crafting, watching documentaries, and shopping junk stores and garage sales.
“Because who doesn’t love a good bargain?” she said.
Her favorite healthy tip? Exercise.
“Exercise is the secret to longevity,” she said.
Dr. Vass-Eudy is accepting new patients in Troutman.
