The Iredell County Sheriff’s Office reported the following felony arrests:

JANUARY 30
♦ Jesse Derrick Franks, 35, of Bent Arrow Road, Catawba, was served with a true bill felony indictment.

♦ Christopher Brandon Gay, 40, of no fixed address charged with sex offender at or near child premises.

♦ Nora Mize Hill-Phelps, 45, of Corry Drive, Statesville, charged with disclosure of private adult images.

♦ William Calvin Sherrill, 66, of Salisbury Road, Statesville, charged with sex offender fail to notify sheriff of address change.

♦ Jeffery Nelson Weicht, 64, of Rachels Creek Trail, Statesville, charged with larceny of horses, dogs, mules, swine or cattle; cruelty to animals; and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.

FEBRUARY 1
♦ Jana Lynn Parsons, 51, of Arborgate Loop, Statesville, charged with conspiracy.

♦ Martynas Stonys, 42, of Smyrna Lane, Mooresville, charged with two counts of larceny of a motor vehicle and two counts of obtaining property by false pretenses.

♦ Arthur Lee Oxendale, 53, of Arborgate Loop, Statesville, charged with breaking or entering, safecracking and larceny.

FEBRUARY 2
♦ Arthur Lee Oxendale, 53, of Arborgate Loop, Statesville, charged with possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor drug offense.

FEBRUARY 3
♦ April Laerica Adams, 30, of Thomaston Road, Macon, Ga., charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, identity theft and financial transaction card fraud.

FEBRUARY 4
♦ Jessica Nichole McCleese, 36, of Canada Drive, Statesville, charged with taking a financial transaction card and identity theft.

FEBRUARY 5
♦ Stephanie Nicole Akers, 40, of Sunwood Court, Statesville, charged with conspiracy and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.

♦ Adinah Chanel Morrison, 38, of Fifth Street, Statesville, charged with sex offender on social media and fail to register as a sex offender.

♦ Jessica Lee Neumayer, 39, of Sunwood Court, Statesville, charged with conspiracy and two counts of misdemeanor larceny.
