The Mooresville Police Department reported the following felony arrests:
JANUARY 17
♦ Gary Lynn Beam, 62, of Brown Road, Mount Ulla, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Carlton Wallace Dixon, 45, of Ehrlich Street, Chester, S.C., charged with being a fugitive from justice, misdemeanor resist or delay and officer and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Shanelle Jaylen Feagins, 18, of Indian Paint Brush Drive, Mooresville, charged with assault inflicting serious bodily injury.
♦ Jessie Michael Teno, 32, of Davis Trail Lane, Troutman, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance.
JANUARY 18
♦ Tony Eugene Maynard, 31, of Argentum Avenue, Indian Land, S.C., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a counterfeit controlled substance with intent to sell or deliver, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 20
♦ Rebecca Colleen Dimmer, 34, of W. Charlotte Avenue, Mount Holly, charged with receiving stolen goods, and five misdemeanor drug offenses.
♦ Jerome Thomas Funk, 51, of Funk Farm Lane, Winston-Salem, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor DWI, a misdemeanor drug offense and two counts of misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
♦ Rylee Trace Pupp V, 22, of W. Statesville Avenue, Mooresville, charged with speeding to elude arrest.
♦ Erich Merlique Thomas, 30, of Hamil Ridge Drive, Waxhaw, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, a misdemeanor drug offense and misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon.
JANUARY 21
♦ Eric Dwight Simpson, 45, of Statesville Avenue, Charlotte, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
JANUARY 22
♦ Jason Cole Anderson, 43, of Irondale Road, South Pittsburg, Tenn., charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony probation violation and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Kenneth Ray Crocker Jr., 42, of Fairhaven Lane, Cleveland, charged with habitual larceny and misdemeanor larceny.
♦ Jekarre Malik Jones, 28, of Agape Drive, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for controlled substances and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 23
♦ Angel Hernandez Desiderio, 23, of E. Wilson Avenue, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor resist or delay an officer, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Tommy Mack Small Jr., 45, of Fieldstone Way, Jacksonville, charged with obtaining property by false pretenses, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony probation violation, exploitation of a disabled or elder adult, misdemeanor interfering with an electronic monitoring device, and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 24
♦ Christian Lloyd Bock, 50, of Coddle Creek Highway, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule I controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
♦ Jarkevius Marqui Hopkins, 31, of Lullwater Cove, Huntersville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 27
♦ James Robert Gabriel Jr., 62, of S. Magnolia Street, Mooresville, charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor drug offense.
JANUARY 29
♦ Matthew Elijah Newell, 24, of Acacida Parkway, Sherrills Ford, charged with speeding tom elude arrest, misdemeanor indecent exposure and three counts of misdemeanor hit and run with property damage.
♦ Dustin Ren-Micheal Wilson, 38, of Stony Point Road, Kings Mountain, charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance and two misdemeanor drug offenses.
JANUARY 30
♦ John Wayne Brown, 33, of Noles Drive, Mount Holly, charged with two counts of possession of a schedule II controlled substance, possession of drugs at or near a school, possession of drugs at or near a park, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, possession with intent to sell or deliver a schedule VI controlled substance, two misdemeanor drug offenses, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor resist or delay an officer.
