Iredell Christian Ministries invites the community to come together for its “Share the Love” campaign, a seasonal fundraiser supporting the ICM Food Pantry and the neighbors it serves across Iredell County.
Through the Share the Love campaign, ICM aims to raise both monetary donations and food contributions to ensure that families, seniors, and children do not have to choose between paying bills and putting food on the table.
“Every day, we see firsthand the growing need in our community,” said Brandi Jones, executive director of Iredell Christian Ministries. “The generosity of our supporters allows us to provide not only food, but also dignity, hope, and spiritual encouragement to those who walk through our doors.”
How to Share the Love
Monetary Donations
Financial gifts help ICM:
♦ Purchase food through Second Harvest Food Bank at reduced costs;
♦ Provide fresh produce, meat, and dairy; and
♦ Respond quickly to urgent and unexpected needs
Even small donations make a significant impact by stretching resources further and allowing ICM to serve more households.
Food Donations
Most-needed items include canned proteins, peanut butter, pasta, rice, cereal, and other shelf-stable foods. Community members can donate food in two convenient ways:
♦ In-Person: Drop off non-perishable food items at Iredell Christian Ministries, located at 752 Old Salisbury Road in Statesville, during regular business hours.
♦ Amazon Wish List: Items can be purchased online HERE and shipped directly to ICM, making it easy to give from anywhere.
Why It Matters
ICM’s mission is rooted in faith and action. The organization is guided by the Scripture, “Let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth” (1 John 3:18). Each donation helps ICM live out this calling by ensuring neighbors are fed, cared for, and reminded they are not alone.
