NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR QUOTE FOR A FUEL ISLAND EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION

Sealed bid for furnishing a Fuel Island Equipment and Installation will be sent out on February 10, 2026, and will be received by the City of Statesville at 301 S. Center Street, Basement, Statesville, NC 28677 at or before 2:00 p.m. EST on Friday March 6, 2026, at which time and place the bids shall be publicly opened and read. Minimum of two (2) bids must be received in order to open all bids.

Historically Underutilized Businesses

Pursuant to General Statute 143-48 and Executive Order #150, The City of Statesville invites and encourages participation in this procurement process by businesses owned by minorities, women, disabled, disabled business enterprises and non-profit work centers for the blind and severely disabled.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, February 27, 2026 at Public Works Garage, 1109 Winston Avenue, Statesville, NC 28677. The purpose of this conference is to explain the scope of work involved for this project and to give prospective bidders an opportunity to observe the existing conditions for the work. The Project Manager will be present to answer questions. A sign-in sheet will serve as the attendance record.
